How do I get started?

Simply fill out the online order form, progressing through the steps by adding in your personal info and preferences. Next, e will provide you with an instant quote in accordance to your nutritional requirements and meal preferences. Once the order is completed it will be passed through to one of our nutritionists to design your bespoke plan.

If you already know your nutritional requirements, select that 'yes' when you are asked if you know your macros. If you are not sure, we can work them out for you. Just click “No on the first screen.

How soon can I start?

Once payment has been received we require 3 working days to get you started.

How much will it cost?

Several factors influence the pricing of your package, the daily cost will depend on your nutritional requirements as well as the length of time that you sign up for. The each package page shows a pricing calculator, please note however, if your requirements do exceed the set parameters there will be additional charges.

When do extra charges apply?

Protein plus: If your protein requirements exceed on average more than 50gs per meal then you will be charged an extra £1 per meal. The maximum protein per meal you can have is 70gs.

Fat plus: If your fat requirements exceed on average more than 25gs per meal then you will be charged £1 extra per day. If they exceed it by 25 or more you will be charged another £1 per day and so on.

Carbohydrate Plus: If your carbohydrate requirement exceeds 100gs per meal you will be charged £2.50 extra per day.

You will also enjoy a greater discount (a £1 per day saving) if you select to pay for your plan upfront over choosing to pay for it weekly.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to any address within the M25. Please note that delivery charges can apply in some circumstances.

How does delivery work?

We deliver daily from Monday to Friday and all deliveries are made between 00:00 and 06:00. If you would like food for the weekend then we can supply you with multiple bags on the Friday drop. You can select your default delivery pattern on the order form.

If you would like to make any changes to your delivery pattern no problem! Just email delivery@freshfitnessfood.com. Please note that we need 2 working days notice to action any changes.

We can deliver to your workplace if your office has 24hr access or we can deliver to your home, in which case you can either provide our delivery team with a key to access a secure location (preferred) or you can tell us where it will be safe to leave your bag (i.e. tucked behind a hedge, behind a wall etc.). We can even provide a fox and weather proof box if you require one.

Please note that it is not possible to allocate a specific time slot and your delivery will be made at any time between 00:00 - 06:00 hours.

What time do you deliver?

All deliveries are made between 00:00 – 06:00. Your food will be delivered in a temperature controlled cooler bag and left in accordance with the delivery instructions on the order form. Please note that it is not possible to allocate a specific time slot and your delivery will be made at any time between these hours.

What if I need food delivered after 06:00am?

We offer a daytime delivery slot for a small number of central London postcodes. These are made between 06:00-10:00. Please note that it is not possible to allocate a specific time slot and your delivery will be made at any time between these hours.

What if I want to pause delivery or only want food on certain days?

Fresh Fitness Food is a London friendly service. You are free to choose which days of the week that you do and do not want food (this can be selected on the order form). You are also free to pause the service at any time. Please note that we require 2 working days notice if you would like to alter your delivery pattern or pause your deliveries. There is no limit on how long you pause for, you can restart after any length of time away from the service.

Where do you source your food from?

We are proud of every ingredient we use and you can find out more about all of our suppliers on our About page.

How will I know what each meal contains?

Each tupperware will be labelled with a brief description of the meal, as well as the complete nutritional breakdown for this meal. The labels will also display the totals (calories and macros) for the whole day.

What food can I expect?

FFF has a varied and exciting menu, which is on a 3 week rotation. This means you will not see the same meal twice within this time period. We also update recipes frequently and in accordance with seasonal produce.

Will I need to prepare my food?

Our service is not just about bespoke nutrition and results, it is also about convenience and saving you time so you can do more of the things that you want to do. Every meal is individually packaged and should the meal need to be reheated, it will be delivered to you in a microwaveable container. If you need to reheat the food, please microwave it for 2.5 - 3 minutes with the lid popped.

How long do the meals last?

As we deliver daily, you will not need to store your food for more than 12-14hrs. However, should you wish to save some of the meals they will stay fresh for 3 days if kept refrigerated. If you are planning on eating the meals after 3 days please freeze them once they’re delivered to ensure freshness.

What if I have a food intolerance?

You are free to exclude as many ingredients or groups of food (i.e. red meat, gluten, fish etc.) as you want. Simply list these on the order form. Please note that once you request more than 3 exclusions the daily price will increase by £1 per exclusion.

What if I am pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan?

We offer both a vegetarian and pescatarian menu. However, we currently do not offer a vegan package.

For the pescatarian menu, you are able to select any of the packages, just specify in the 'special requirements' that you are pescatarian. For the vegetarian package, you will find this listed under package types.

What if I want to exclude an ingredient(s)?

Can you offer Halal food?

We are able to offer an entirely halal menu.

Nutrition

Can I tell you my nutritional requirements / macros?

FFF specialise in bespoke nutrition. You can either provide us with your nutritional requirements or a dedicated nutritionist will align your food to your nutritional needs and your goals.

If you or your personal trainer would like to supply FFF with your nutritional requirements please select that you know your macros on the order form and input them accordingly. If you would like FFF to work them out for you simply select that you do not know your macros on the first screen of the order form.

Can I change my nutrition requirements?

Yes of course, you are able to update your macros at any point throughout the package. The nutrition team will also check in regularly to ensure you are progressing towards your goals, and organise any changes necessary to ensure you stay on track.

Can I request different nutritional requirements / macros on different days (i.e. carb cycling)?

Absolutely. Our online order form allows you to specify your required nutritional requirements, you can then also request that these differ from day-to-day once the order is placed with an email to Nutrition@freshfitnessfood.com. Please enter your high day macros on the order form to avoid any additional charges and then follow up with your desired daily requirements. Our nutrition team will then input this information into your plan.This type of request usually takes the form of a carb-cycling program, where the amount of carbohydrate is varied, typically in line with your training frequency and level of intensity.
