FFF’s Plant-Based package is based on the principles of nourishing your body through plant-based, whole-food sources. Whether your focus is on reducing your environmental impact, maintaining ethical standards, lowering your risk of disease, looking and feeling your best, or all of the above, FFF has got you covered with carefully designed meals to ensure you are getting all the nourishment required for your body to function optimally.

This package comprises of three chef-designed, flavour-filled meals with the option to add a cleansing juice, protein shake, or a savoury and/or sweet snack from our delicious menu!

Whether you are aiming to shed fat, build and maintain lean muscle, or simply stay nourished on the go, you can choose from either a vegetarian or vegan menu depending on your requirements. This will be adapted by our team of nutritionists to meet your individual needs.
