The paleo diet has been around for approximately 2.5 million years and is based around the principle of eating foods that can only be hunted or gathered – that is meat, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds. The caveman or ‘stone age’ diet as it is often referred to is an ancient way of eating, which provides your body with the types of foods it was designed to eat, before we learnt how to grow wheat or milk a cow!

Not to worry that’s where we come in– Fresh Fitness Food will eliminate the need to shop and cook, our Paleo Package will provide you with a wide variety of lean protein sources, fresh & high in fibre fruits and vegetables, as well as a nutritious and delicious selection of nuts, seeds and healthy fats!   • FFF Paleo macro split of 40% protein, 15% carbohydrates and 45% fat.
  • Choose your goal (Cut, Perform or Bulk) and we’ll do the hard work for you!
  • Cut”: A 20% calorie deficit to achieve fat loss
  • Perform”: A 10% deficit to maintain a lean physique and compliment your training
  • Bulk”: A 15% calorie surplus to increase muscle mass and aid recovery
